Guaranty of Origin
Jewels marketed by Paris-Diamant-Direct are exclusively made in platinum  950/1000 or in gold 750/1000. All our diamonds are natural and have a justifiable origin, not involved in any way in the financing   of armed conflicts. Our marketed jewels are all accompanied with a certificate of authenticity.

Guaranty of Quality
(Articles L. 211-4 and followings of the French Consumption Code) All jewels marketed by Paris-Diamant-Direct are guaranteed 2 years against manufacturing defects, according to French legislation.

« Satisfied or refunded » Guaranty
Should the ordered article not correspond to your expectations, you can decide to return it back to us within a 7 days delay from its reception date or from the date  it has been made available in our showroom.

« Best price » Guaranty
Paris-Diamant-Direct undertakes to pay you off (upon written request), within the 30 days following your purchase, the price difference you could have noticed. The price, object of the comparison, has to be shown cheaper for an identical product , available for sale at the same conditions, notably of services.

These measures do not apply for promotional prices.
7 days retraction deadline Guaranty. Your order shall be executed eight days only after we received it, so that you may be able to use your right to cancel it without any justification and, should it be the case, you shall then be  totally refunded of the amount you paid.

Authenticity Certificate

One-year Guaranty
All our products accompanied with a certificate of authenticity are guaranteed for a one-year period with the exception of the range « Diamond-inbox ». The one-year guaranty (parts and labour) applies for normal use conditions. Are notably excluded from such guaranty: wear, ageing, losses or breakages resulting from any accidental circumstance.


Delivery date Guaranty
When confirming your registration order by e-mail, we shall specify you the sending and delivery deadlines of such order, either by Post insured (declared value) envelope or by carriers. . In case of non-compliance of this deadline (stamp post evidencing validity) you shall then be able to cancel your order and the paid amounts shall be then totally refunded.

Lors de notre mail de confirmation de l’enregistrement de votre commande nous vous préciserons la date limite d'expédition par la poste, en enveloppe VD ou par porteur de votre commande.En cas de non respect de cette date (le timbre de la poste faisant foi) vous pouvez annuler votre commande. Et vous serez intégralement remboursé en totalité des sommes versées.
However, products in sale in the Internet shop are only made according to the order once the legal delay of retraction (or cancellation) has been spent. Paris-Diamant-Direct does not possess any stock. As the dates of important events (engagement, wedding, etc.) may be known and decided quite a long time in advance, you had better foresee manufacturing and making delays that may vary from 2 to 4 weeks by ordering products sufficiently in advance so as to dispose of a sufficient security margin to avoid disagreements such as, for example, a mistake in your finger size. Nevertheless, Paris-Diamant-Direct shall not be held responsible in case of delay due to a shortage of stock imputable to its suppliers.

Free adjustment Guaranty
After delivery you shall dispose of a 6 months delay to return your command so as to have your ring  be adjusted to your finger size.

Quality and conformity Guaranty
(articles L. 211-4 and followings of the French Consumption Code)  All jewels marketed by Paris-Diamant-Direct are guaranteed two-years against manufacturing defects, in accordance with French legislation.

Guaranty of the products
All characteristics required to quietly achieve your purchase order are in the ordering cart : denomination of the concerned product, as well as nature and components details, weight of stones and metals, quantity, colours and other particular characteristics.

Guaranty against manufacturing defects
In such case, (and according to articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code), the customer shall be entitled to choose either to cancel the agreement against complete refund of the paid amounts and return expenses, or to keep the delivered product against a price reduction. To such effect, the customer shall address his demand to Paris-Diamant-Direct after sale service.

Article L211-4 of the French Consumption Code: The seller shall deliver a product in compliance with the terms of the agreement and shall answer for any existing conformity defect at the time of delivery. Seller is also liable for conformity defects resulting from the conditioning of the product, assembling instructions or setting instructions should he has been charged of it or should it has been achieved under his responsibility according to terms of the agreement.

Article L211-5 of the French Consumption Code: To comply with the agreement, the product shall : 1º Correspond to the usual standards applied for same kind of products and, should it occur : - correspond to the description given by the seller and possess all qualities the later has presented to the buyer either as sample or as model;  - dispose of all qualities a buyer is entitled to expect for such product, taking into account all public declarations (notably regarding advertising or labelling) made by the seller, the producer, or its appointed representative; 2º or have all characteristics such as mutually defined by the parties, or be properly used for any special use needed by the buyer and that the seller acknowledges and has accepted

Article L211-12 of the French Consumption : Legal proceedings resulting from nonconformity are barred at the end of two years from the delivery date.
